MEGA’s strong and secure end-to-end encryption means we cannot access or reset your password for you. You MUST remember your password and make sure to back up your account recovery key, which is used to reset your password. Losing your password and the account recovery key will result in lost access to your files.

Local network: MEGA accesses your local network so you can place and receive calls through devices that are on the same Wi-Fi or other local network.

The app needs some features to be added for iOS: 1- to support landscape mode in iPad 2- to have an option to show photos in thumbnail mode 3- to allow sharing multiple files to other apps (not via a link but the file itself)

MEGA is way above the competition in the privacy department. Its the only one offering end-to-end encryption. And 50GB is quite generous. Thanks for offering a great service!

Love it so much but the only problem is after the new update its not saving offline documents to camera roll☹️

I got this app because it lets me store 50 GB of photos in the cloud 5x apple. One thing I dont like is that it takes forever to uplode.

Some bad moments

Ao completar um download o aplicativo fecha, te impedindo de baixar o que for. App close on reach 100%, we cant download nothing from the internet.

CameraUploadsEmptyState_title (null) (Domain: (null) - Code:0) this error I see, when try to on the camera uploads, pls fix it, how fast u can, thank u in advice

- theres no button for selecting all my photo gallery - its very slow especially when uploading ( I mean the interface not my Internet connection)

Ive wasted so much data attempting to download large videos only for them to get to 100% and then the app crashes. The files are somewhere in memory taking up space but I cant use them. If I force close the app they space is cleared up.

This app would be a lot more useful but I cant log in on my iPhone 6S or my iPad mini. I made double sure that I typed in everything correctly a couple different times and even did a hard shut down and still cant log in to an activated account that I just created. Im on vacation and need to make more space to take pics with my phone. Guess Ill have to use a different app to back some stuff up

When viewing the photos Ive uploaded, the app only displays a shockingly low resolution version of the photo. Im talking pinching zooming half an inch and seeing huge pixels. This is bad. As a photographer I need to be able to see the photos in their full resolution.
