After the update, I havent been able to play videos like I used to, please fix it.

You deserve much better ratings! I mean 50 Gb FREE! Enough said! No it cant play the files but it has a nice easy to use intereface. People need to practice their patience more.

I created an account, attempted to log in and it came up as invalid credentials. I know my credentials and password were valid. I finally found a way to reset the password (thats not an option easily seen). I reset the password, and again, "invalid credentials" Ive set up hundreds of apps and services, requiring a password with email and there are a few specific hiccups that everyone learns to work around. I used the correct email, correct password under two different email accounts and the same thing happened both times. 50GB is very generous IF you can actually create an account. Ill attempt in the future, and Ill change my review if Im ever allowed to set up an account. I told another person about the app and they had no problems accessing their account but the app is quite limited right now. Videos wont play, horizontal photos dont work and the app is very, very buggy. If you dont want to pay for storage and youre ok with this apps limitations, 50GB is great. They could give me 1TG of free perfect storage and this would still be a one star review. If Im locked out of my photos, unlimited storage would be useless. I wont trust this app as my primary cloud photo storage. My current circumstance, with this app would be tantamount to a crashing computer where I would lose every single photo. I simply cannot afford to be locked out of my account. Judging by other reviewers, Im happy that there are some satisfied customers, but Im going to side with the one star reviewers on this app. With an apparent lack of customer service, and I have developed apps and know that customer service requests can be overwhelming, a developer still needs to address complaints and offer some semblance of support. Adios Mega. My photos are too valuable to lose them when Im denied seemingly permanent access.

iPhone user.. If you accidentally logout, you will lose close to all of your offline files.

Ever since u guys have updated MEGA, I havent been able to play audio. I try every other audio in the archive I listen to music off of, and they wont load. Even reinstalling the app, it wouldnt work. Can u plz fix this issue. Thx!

Great app to access Megas cloud service - which offers 50 free gigs as an appetizer. Occasionally, I found unable to get online, so I cant swear on the stability of the system... but the app is easy to use and works very well

Nothing more to say best one so far no complains uploading is fast and 50gb is very nice. I would like a future update to earn more free storage ? Would be awesome tnx MEGA!

As the title says, it cant play or download files. Doesnt work with other file downloader apps. The download button tries to download entire folders, and wont actually let you select individual files. Worthless app...just use the pc website.

Extremely slow it is trying to download something, you have to look for it somewhere else and hope that a link takes you to the app. In there, you must guess whats every buttons for. Also, my internet connection was extremely slow during the time I had this installed (which I must say, was not that long because of obvious reasons). Do I forget something? Besides the time lost and the fact that I couldnt read a small book because it simply never reacted after the download bar (or whatever it was, I couldnt even tell that for sure) was full; no, I think thats all.

Cant log in waste of time. Know what my pw is for hundreds of other apps and websites yet this one says otherwise...with two different emails.. Bad app

My HD pictures quality are very bad enven if I download it. It is only on this app.

Youre a beast and the best!

I love it, but I only want it to keep my live wallpapers safe and off my phone, sadly this app doesnt support live pictures. I love that it keeps us safe, thank you for this amazing app. The 3D Touch would be amazing. Itd be awesome If you allows us to choose our folders using the 3D Touch.

Download a video and can not watch it

This is so good. The app is clean and works. Doesnt keep large and annoying caches like Dropbox and anything you download to the phone is stored under "offline files" where you can easily delete them. 50gb free! I can easily stream videos from my drive without downloading. Speeds are shown in the app during transfers and theyre fast!
